房间只是基本的，有点小。我们已经预订了共用浴室，因为大多数房间都已被预订满。我们喜欢这家旅馆为我们提供了700日元代金券的咖啡厅，可用于早餐。工作人员也非常有帮助。他们真的尽了最大的努力来回答您的所有问题。

Disappointing, somewhat dirty, not worth the high cost. Slept somewhat fine but will not stay again.
Proximity to Shibuya and Ebisu stations. (10 min walking to either)
Shared spaces were all very clean and spacious. (Bathrooms and top floor eating space)
Very friendly, helpful staff. Easy check-in.
Small but cozy room, comfortable for sleeping. Sound really did not travel through neighboring room walls. Clean sheets and sink.
Bad:
Overall cleanliness absolutely needs improvement. Dirt all around edge of the room, very gross. Staff claim it wasn't possible to clean, but I had no issue cleaning it with tissues and soapy water.
Dirt and dust on the top of outlets and some areas of the room. Food splatter on some areas of the room such as electrical ports.
TONS of dust all over the various fans in the building. In the bathroom for example, thick dust all over the intake fans.
Tons of mold spots on the plastic blades of the heat/AC unit in the room, and on some public fans like in the bathroom.
I saw the cleaning staff often, hard at work cleaning the rooms, but it really seems that there should be a hiring of more cleaning staff.
Windows have barely any insulation against the cold air. The pillow/head of the bed is against the window, so it's always cold at night. Makes the room cold if you leave the heat off (which is noisy itself even on low).
Minimal outdoor window sound isolation as well. Hotel is near the metro tracks, so you hear trains passing by every 5-10 minutes, very distracting even with earplugs. Changing to another side of the hotel won't help, the tracks are audible from either side.
Double layer windows should help with both problems.
Hallway lights really should be dimmed at night, no reason they should be on full blast... as others said, distracting and upsetting at 3am or the like, to get to the shared bathroom.
Realistically, even if I did ask the staff for assistance or to clean it, that wouldn't change a presumption that the other rooms are in a similar state. I am mostly disappointed due to the lack of both heat and sound insulation, and the lack of cleanliness of air dispensing units.
Extra notes:
Cost is higher than average for Tokyo overall, but I did not feel it was worth it given the outcome.
As well, unlike other hotels offering free amenities like tooth brush, hairbrush, etc... this hotel charges.
Feels as though there is a lack of long term care of the property taking place.
Summary:
Disappointing, somewhat dirty, not worth the high cost. Slept somewhat fine but will not stay again.
