Recommended for one night stay
Honestly, after all the bad reviews I have read, I expected much worse than it is in reality.
The hotel was easy to find for Bolt drivers. It is located behind central Nørdika with many shops, restaurants and McDonalds (which is open 24 hours a day). Behind the hotel is a car workshop therefore there are lots of cars and scrap cars around.
You get an email with door codes and easy explanation how to get in. The rooms are on the top floor (1. Sal), so you have to carry suitcases up the stairs. It wasn't a problem for us. There is no reception or receptionist but we could follow the instructions that we got by email and it was excellent.
We were an adult and two teenagers and got almost an entire apartment: a bedroom with a double bed, a bedroom with three single beds and a huge living room as well as a bathroom with a bathtub (the apartment was maybe 60-70m2).
Of course if you are won to ordinary hotels and if you are demanding - it's not for you. But we just had to reach early flight and the hotel is 1.5km (20min on foot or 5min in taxi/Bolt for 3-5€) from the airport. It was a cheap family room alternative to cheap money to get sleepy.
Even the interior is probably from the '90s and is obsolete, and worn out. There are stains on carpets and sunsets, but otherwise neat, with clean bed linen and towels (it seems they wash themselves and do not use the laundry service), there is also wc paper and a little soap.
In the living room you will find a TV, small fridge with micro freezer, electric kettle, tea, disposable cutlery. There is a hairdryer in the bathroom.
In the hallway in such a hook you can find a common microwave, water station and coffee machine (0,5€ in coins).
There is a great view if you look far towards the center but right below there are scrap cars.
In general it is fine with room and I will come back if you are more than 2, for a single night as Ranking is fine. There is a little bit of noise from the busy road to the airport with excellent with a couple of earplugs.

The hotel is creepy
The hotel is disgusting Stayed for one night The hotel is self-checking In case of loss, no phone, it is impossible to check in, no one to ask The bedspread on the bed is wrinkled. The refrigerator does not open, does not close, the rubber gasket has fallen off. In the closet, the mugs are in close proximity to the shoe brush. In a wrinkled, repeatedly used tea box, a few tea bags. No coffee, no sugar, nothing. No shampoo, no conditioner in the shower, empty dispenser. The counter where you can drink tea is never wiped clean, everything sticks. Horrible, I don’t recommend this hole to anyone

Terrible experience
We stayed at the hotel for 6 hours. Two adults and 2 children. Communication from the staff is very unfriendly. Regarding booking issues, instead of help with the booking, there were attacks from the manager, threats and absolutely inappropriate behavior.
When we ourselves contacted the support of the booking service and the problem was solved in 5 minutes, there was no apology. There were phrases “they wanted to save money” (this is when paying in full for a room for 4 days), “or they could just pay extra in cash and that’s it”, “cancel your reservation” (non-refundable)

NOT RECOMMEND. NIGHTMARE.
NOT RECOMMEND. They take advantage of the fact that it is closer to the airport, and people who come to stay the night can no longer cancel their orders. I wouldn't wish my worst enemy to spend the night there, UNHYGIENIC, DIRTY, and the administration's communication is inadequate and agressive (they say you've already paid, if you don't like it, get out). All money was returned only through booking.com customer support.
