Perfect

Small place back in the town of Checacupe. Very nice little intimate patio, spacious room, very good meals and breakfast. Great welcome from the hosts. Possibility to see the Inca bridge near the village square, which is 2 minutes from the accommodation

I don't recommend this hotel

Dishonest owned that refused to provide basic services although promised as in the reservation via booking. The place is very old and can be cold at night. In the room there was a smell of cigarettes however in front of the door there was a sign that smoking is prohibited. Do not recommend this hotel

Perfect place to stay between day hikes in the area. Warm, welcoming and very tidy.

This lovely, quaint former hacienda is the perfect place to stay if you are planning to hike around both Palcoyo or Waqrapukara. Clean, quiet and comfortable. Owner Mariella and her daughter Melissa, who are so warm and welcoming, prepared us delicious trout lunch and a pasta Bolognese dinner. We even got a box lunch for one of our long day hikes. They were even able to easily accommodate a food allergy concern.

Very good for a stopover

Around €70 including breakfast. If paying by credit card, count 4% extra. Center of the village, the streets are very narrow and the place is not easily accessible by car. However, once arrived, large interior courtyard allowing parking. Friendly welcome. Room of good size, comfortable. Bathroom with good hot water. Good wifi. Dinner on site (35 sols, starter-main course-dessert, soft drink) There is even a small bar on site! Welcoming and attentive staff. Living room allowing you to relax, you feel at home. Comfortable bedding, good duvet (Necessary because the nights are cool!) However, avoid the room adjoining a kind of noisy pump which starts at regular intervals a little in the evening and from 6 a.m. A generally relaxing stopover before the mountain at seven colors or the Q'eswachaka rope bridge.

Incredible stay here!!!

Giselle and her sister were beyond incredible hosts. We arrived around 9 pm and they immediately helped with our bags and opened their gated lot for parking.
I stood in the room a bit chilly after a long drive and she immediately brings me a giant heater that left me SO grateful.
The beds were comfy and the room was clean.
They made us a delicious breakfast with eggs, orange juice, coffee, tea, and homemade bread.
The dining room was so well kept and beautifully decorated accompanied by healthy plants and other travelers from around the world.
I HIGHLY recommend you stay here if you’re going to Rainbow Mountain or the nearby hikes. Worth every minute of travel.
