Decor is very dated but good condition.
Location is not quite near the city center , 20 quid taxi ride or 20 minute walk to metro.
Definately needed a pre visit inspection would have seen big collection of insects on windows
No hot water in shower , maybe us not knowing how it operates

Flat was spacious, but dated, and is located in an undesirable area.
Cleanliness was generally okay but decor etc could do with upgrading and flat may benefit from being aired regularly. We got the impression that it had been a while since the windows had been opened.
