阿什维尔中央的一颗宝石！
我和我的丈夫在11月在这里住了一个漫长的周末，真是太好了！抵达后，他们免费为我们提供了一杯香槟，工作人员非常有礼貌。内饰具有独特的感觉，豪华，但仍暗示着悠久的历史，因为百货商店遍布各处，这使其与众不同。房间本身很大，很干净舒适。大窗户可欣赏城镇风景，提供优质咖啡和咖啡机，以及带浴缸和双水池的宽敞浴室。床很舒服，我们能够睡个好觉。拒绝的美食松露也是免费的，对于像我这样的巧克力爱好者来说，这是一笔不错的奖励。早晨，我们在Isa's Bistro小酒馆享用早餐，绝对美味！位置再好不过了，只要走出门，您就在市中心，一切都触手可及。我们一定会再呆在那里！

决定在我的生日周末（正好是哥伦布日周末）度过海伍德（Haywood），所以我们支付了很高的费用。大堂很宽敞，但没有其他旅客。我们所在的楼层也是如此。有点怪异。它显示了当酒店正式为百货商店时人们穿着的衣服，但现在还没有人。我们住了3晚，几乎没有遇到住在酒店的客人。没有关于房间本身的投诉。非常宽敞。我没想到会这样。我们房间的景色是小巷对面那幢建筑的砖墙。但是我没想到有几次听到垃圾车在小巷里卸垃圾箱的消息。吵！有一次发生在我们退房的当天早上6时30分，否则我会被要求搬家。我建议您问一下房间在酒店的哪个位置，以免遇到我们所做的事情。最引人注目的是餐厅，Isa's Bistro，服务和人员都很棒，早餐也很美味。讨厌以负数结尾，但是代客需要多个人来运行它。这个家伙尽了最大的努力，但有时我们会自己取回汽车以避免等待。考虑到我们支付的费用，这不应该成为问题。

Great overnight stay
This was an amazing experience. My wife and I decided, spur of the moment, to take a trip to Asheville. While we have stayed at other places, the value we discovered could not be passed up. The reservation process was simple as we did this on the drive.
The location of this property is fantastic for hopping around downtown Asheville. Valet service was quick and easy. So easy! The front desk greeted us very friendly and provided a glass of champagne. The room was large, comfortable, clean. The bed was fantastic, and we had a nice couch to relax on.
We will be back and have already recommended it to others.
We are in the high end hospitality/tourism business as well and know a good place when we find one.

This is a wonderful hotel!
My husband and I stayed at this hotel for 5 nights on a recent tour. We loved it! The hotel staff was accomodating and friendly. They greeted us with champagne on our first day. The suite rooms are huge! The beds and pillows are comfortable. Don't let the hurricane damage stop you from visiting. While it will take awhile for a complete recovery in some areas, there is plenty of activity in Ashville. It's a wonderful city and this hotel is fabulous.
