Dan's restoration
Exceptionally clean and comfortable. Will for sure rebook if ever in that area again.

Not the Same
We always enjoyed our stay here but things have changed since the business was sold. The prices have increased which is to be expected, but there are other things that are annoying. They give one Bar of soap so I guess you have to decide if you want to use it for your shower or to wash your hands. They also give only 1 hand towel. The people at the office are nice enough but things are not quite the same.

Only OK
Stayed with a friend on a last minute snowmobile trip in March 2022. They only had the smoking room left which they let us know ahead of time. We took it because didn't have any choice as everything else was sold out in the area.
Positive - the people working the office were nice and you're right on the trail system for snowmobiling so you just leave your room and head out riding. There's also a gas station is 2 miles down the trail.
Negative is the motel is pretty old and rundown. There was a charter bus that stayed there both nights we were there. They started the bus up at 6:00am both mornings and left by 6:30ish. It wasn't that bad but it did make a fair amount of noise each morning.

Was a lovely place
While this is a modest accommodation, it was quite comfortable and welcoming. Donna was very helpful and very nice. Truly appreciated the cleanliness and comfort of the room. Wouldn't hesitate to stay again if in the area.

Great place for a snowmobile vacation.
A nice small hotel that suited our needs. Donna made us feel welcome right from the start and was very helpful as well as watching out for us. The room was clean, the beds were comfortable and it was quiet. The only thing to consider is that you can park your sleds in front of your room so if the neighbors decide to get up early and ride you will hear their sleds running! 83A is right out the front door so get up and ride. There's a gas station about 3.5 miles down 83A so we always filled up at night before calling it a day. We had a microwave and dorm sized refrigerator(about a 3 cuft) so we could put what we wanted in there. The TV had plenty of channels. The price was better than anything else we saw. If you're looking for a good clean base to ride from this is it. If you're looking for an in house bar, jacuzzi and weight room, look elsewhere. We hope to visit again next winter, thanks for a great time.
