Clean, very roomy. Comfortable beds. Nice breakfast. Would definitely stay again.

We had an accessible double room with a walk-in shower and a shower bench, which was great, except that there was inadequate water pressure to use the handheld shower head effectively. The room was clean but lacked adequate tabletop space and had only one small side chair. We arrived in the evening so went to a drive-thru to pick up food and bring it back to the room. I used the chair and a small narrow-width moveable "table" on wheels to eat my food. My stepdaughter sat on the floor to eat her food as she didn't want to risk getting fried chicken and other food residue on the white bedspread. The only hanger rod in the room that was tall enough to hang my long dresses had the microwave and refrigerator under it, so my dresses covered them up. The staff were friendly, and the breakfast was certainly adequate.

The hotel itself was fone. It was the guests in the room above who stomped around at 4 jn the morning, waking us up every single morning we were there got no rest at all, aftet driving 15 hours

Treat kitchen staff better

It was a very nice stay. It was the first time I brought my doggie with us. She's 50 pounds a puppy Husky. She was very quiet and obedient. I enjoyed the complimentary breakfast and Ms Jo. She is so very pleasant with a smile every morning. I appreciated that very much. I wanted to leave a tip and I asked where was her tip canister. She told me she's not allowed to have one. WHAT? By Management. Now that's just wrong. All that I saw her do while I was eating my breakfast. There was no one else helping. Ridiculous. I tipped her privately. There should b signs posted. Tips r appreciated. Some hotels have these signs, why not the Hilton Tru? Love can go a long way. Give Ms Jo a RAISE then. She deserves it.

We booked 2 double bed rooms for 2 nights. Upon checking in, the hotel stated we could not have double beds because they were no longer available. They only had king singles. We had to book 2 more rooms costing over $422 additional dollars.
