Beware of your valuables in your room! Dirty Kitchen
Now lets talk about the kitchen. Silverware was nasty. Asked for replacements and it came with food chucks on it. Housekeeping also didn't show up when they were supposed to, but when they did - items went missing.
The housekeeping manager Bridget was really nice and tried to find my items. Genene was great as well with food service.

Homewood Not Home
First stay in Feb— clerk was not certain room had been cleaned. He checked prior to giving us the key. Although he said it was cleaned, there were NO silverware or dishes. Upon checking the dishwasher … all the silverware and dishes were there DIRTY! Pulls on drawers were sticky and dropped food in the refrig. Beds were made, however, they had a human odor. Too tired to complain. We did have clean towels. Thinking this may have been a one time incident… we decided to keep our reservations for our return trip. MISTAKE! All was clean BUT… no towels. I called front deck and was told I could come down to get the towels we needed. No apology, nothing.
Both times the breakfast was very good… I suggest you book at this specific Homewood Suites with skepticism!
