Nice hotel, excellent location
This is a very nice hotel in an excellent location. It was so nice to go down by the water everyday for a walk. It is close to countless restaurants. There is very little need to drive if you don’t want to. Highly recommend the circular room. Lots of space, including a powder room which was handy. Loved the floor to ceiling windows, as did our dog. It was clean, comfortable and the staff were friendly and obviously cared. The only initial issue was parking. Valet parking was pricey, especially for a long stay. When we arrived it was unclear if we could unload and where to park. The person at reception said we would get towed if we were there for more than 10 minutes and to ask the valet about parking. The valet however, was running to fetch cars. It was frustrating and unhelpful after a very long day of driving. It was the valet at the nearby Embassy Suites that very helpfully told us not to worry about getting towed and where to park. We ended up parking under the building in the paid parking lot at $7/day.

In the heart of downtown Greenville. Great location on Reedy River walk
Overall much nicer than average Hampton Inn. Microwave & mini fridge in room, coffee maker, iron and board. Shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, body lotion, hairdryer. Shower, no tub, no room safe. Plenty of bathroom, counterspace (amazing for today's hotels). Lots of towel bars in the bathroom (also amazing). Blackout curtains Lots of electrical outlets and USB ports Quiet -no outside, corridor, or room-to-room noise. Tiny fitness room but does have a Pelaton bike. Valet parking only. Nearby city self-parking pay structures. Great location on Reedy River walk. Lots of great restaurants in walkable distance.

Great weekend getaway for our anniversary in downtown Greenville. The hotel staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Tons of restaurants and things to do all within walking distance. The continental breakfast was good as well with plenty to choose from.
My only suggestion, bring your own pillow. The pillows are small which made it a little hard for me to sleep.

Great Location by the waterfall!
The staff were friendly, the hotel and rooms were clean. I was so happy to get in the comfortable bed! We really enjoyed the walk along the Reedy River. The waterfall was beautiful. The river walk area is very well done. We brought our dog and there was no issues. I would stay again and explore more of the city.

We had a nice stay, but parking issues dictated that we pay ($28 + tip) for Valet parking. The woman at the front desk was helpful in recommending a restaurant nearby in walking distance. One of their two elevators was under repair, making wait time longer for the 5th floor. Their “free” breakfast was ok, but the omelets offered were overcooked and no sweet rolls were available. The coffee was very good, though. We walked to the Peace Center for a show, so the hotel’s location was quite convenient. Aside from parking, this was a great place to spend the night. Now I have to figure out why their bill states that we live in Las Vegas, NV, instead of in SC. Why does this happen?
