床很不舒服

As we pride ourselves on our extremely high standards of both quality and service, we would like to apologize that our location fell short of these standards in any area. Our goal is for all of our guests to have a problem free stay, however, we realize that on occasion, an issue may arise. We do our absolute best to resolve any situations of this nature promptly and efficiently. We would welcome further detail about your experience, especially as we did not encounter other reports of a hot water outage on the eighth floor of our hotel over the weekend. Typically, on this floor, the water temperature is actually the hottest, as the rooms are closest to the boiler. Had their been a hotel wide issue, we can certainly imagine there would be multiple reports to our front desk team. I am not sure if you were able to report this to us, or the discomfort you encountered with the mattresses in your guest room. I can assure you, all guest feedback is taken extremely seriously, and we stand behind our Hampton Happiness Guarantee. We would have done our very best to find you alternate accommodations that were more comfortable for you and your family. All Hampton Inns feature Serta Tranquility mattresses designed specifically for our brand, and do not have springs. We did have a member of our maintenance team inspect both mattresses in this particular room.
