房间很干净；空调低噪音，很满意；厨房餐具一应俱全，还有一个够四人用几天的冰箱。隔音也非常好，叫不到外面客人的走动声。

Comfortable stay while you're away!

I enjoyed a comfortable stay in the beautiful suite. The hotel reception area, lobby, front desk area was clean and smelled so good. The staff was friendly and helpful. Thank you Beth for your help checking in. The breakfast staff did an excellent job preparing the delicious selections for guests to eat. I enjoyed my breakfast! Thank you!

Nice room

We came to visit our daughter who attends coastal. The room was very nice with a full kitchen. It was a great value for the price. The breakfast wasn’t the best- typical hotel eggs. It’s next to the mall which is convenient. It was clean and newer. We only stayed one night but I would stay again.

Great experience, Great service!

Friendly staff, convenient location to airport, dining, malls. I was on business so easy access to highways and gas stations. They did have an issue with the AC system on the 4th floor hallways running extremely cold, but they assured me they will have that fixed. Beyond that, great stay for price and felt extremely safe. Thank you.

No Compassion

Unfortunately, I discovered on the reservation confirmation that the wrong dates appeared. I called the help number immediately. I spoke with two women, kind & compassionate. They each wrote an appeal as it was a no refund booking. I was going to a funeral. Must have miss entered dates. There was no refund or credit offered. Heart broken & out the cost of the room. No compassion given. Won’t use this service again.
