Thank you for choosing Heart of I-Drive Hotel as your Vacation Destination.
We are do apologize for not having HK on one bed we do this for our guest security if there is any personal belonging such as a purse wallet etc, HK is not to make that bed for respect for personal items.. Unfortunately the is a package fee for packages that the guest receive at the Hotel, and all Hotels charge a standard package fee. I hope I was able to assist you with any questions or doubts you may have had. We greatly appreciate your review and feed back and look forward to your next visit..
