太棒了

We are very sorry for any miscommunication and inconvenience. We will be investigating this further to make sure it is addressed. Aside from taxes, the only thing extra that we charge is a $5.00 plus tax service fee per night which helps us provide extra amenities to guests such as expanded breakfast items, nightly movies on the pool deck, activities with our pirates and mermaids, pool towels and more. Once again, we are very sorry for your inconvenience and we will certainly look into this further.

Thank you for your feedback. We work hard to successfully deliver a comfortable and pleasant stay for all of our guests. For this reason, we are extremely disappointed to hear you did not enjoy your visit. We are a two star economy property that offers numerous amenities to our guests as well as a family friendly atmosphere. Clearly we are not the best hotel for you and we hope you have a better stay the next time you visit Panama City Beach, wherever that may be.
