空港に近く、設備は非常に新しく快適で、従業員は非常に親切です。ただ、ホテル内のダイニングは朝食のみ対応で、昼食夕食はサービスされません。空港内で食事が出来るところも少なく、市内にも遠いのが難点です。

Great stay with 2 teens

Stayed in connecting king and double rooms with my two teenagers while our house was being worked on by contractors. The rooms were enormous, with lots of space for us to spread out and be comfortable. Even though we were on the 3rd floor by the elevator, the rooms were incredibly quiet, and we all got a great night's rest. The breakfast was excellent, with lots of options for picky eaters. The staff were all friendly and super helpful. I'd stay again in a heartbeat!

My go-to hotel in Reno (feels like home)

I go to Reno for surgeries and usually stay at Hyatt Place BECAUSE of the staff. Briana at the front has been incredible over the last 2 years, going out of her way to help me, especially as I stay there post-surgery. She can always bring a smile to my face and makes sure I am doing ok. Also, due to an error by my insurance company (they arrange and pay for the hotel stays), when I arrived last week, the bill was not paid and we were looking at having to sleep in my truck, but the manager (Kay?) was wonderful and made sure that was not going to happen. She was able to speak with my insurance and got things worked out. I have stayed at much more expensive, up to date hotels, yet I will always pick this specific Hyatt due to the staff.

Hyatt- Reno airport

Nice facility. The staff we dealt with were not very friendly due to 3rd party booking, however we were given early check in and the facilities were clean and accommodating Close to activities such as rock climbing, food, and the casino. Easy access to the airport.

It's super close to the airport, which came in handy when our flight was canceled. It was a little odd that they had old coffee in the lobby at 4 p.m. left over from breakfast (why not refresh that?) and that they advertise having some sort of a cafe/bar, but they don't keep it staffed. The room was quiet even though it was right off the runways.
