服务很差劲。门口的门童根本不搭理客人。前台一大堆服务人员就知道聊天。而且服务的时候面无表情。中午到达下午四点才空出房间。打扫房间很慢，第二天快要傍晚回到酒店房间还没打扫。总之体验非常差。

优越的地理位置和不错的酒店

优越的地理位置，非常靠近派克市场。非常好的员工。舒适的房间和出色的淋浴喷头。唯一的抱怨是我们的房间有一扇门连接到另一个房间，这允许噪音进入我们的房间。隔壁房间里的谈话可以在我们房间里听到，光线从他们房间的门下射入我们房间。除了那种负面影响，其他一切都很棒的酒店。屋顶酒吧（Fog Room）有出色的员工，饮料和小吃，甚至每天两次欢乐时光价格。

My choice for future Seattle travels

This was a really nice find, have stayed at the Hilton in the past. Great location literally steps from Pikes Place Market and great restaurants, bars, and shops. Nice rooms, quite large for the city, Breakfast voucher for my Hilton status plus the $25.00 resort fee which they credit you is more than adequate for a delicious breakfast and/or drink in the fog room. Only suggestions I would have. - TV is terrible, seemed like it had a problem streaming content and not many channels, also service was kind of slow when you needed anything for the room. All personnel I encountered though were very friendly and efficient
